Make a Complaint

If you are not satisfied with the service provided by Services for Communities then you can raise a complaint to help them solve the problem, by filling in the form below.

All they require is your name, email address and phone number (So Services for Communities can get back to you) and your complaint.

None of the information will be published on the site or be used for any other purpose than dealing with a complaint.

Once you have completed the form, please click the “Submit Complaint” button. Then you will receive an email confirming your complaint and they will try to get back to you within 5 working days. If however you do not hear from Services for Communities within 5 working days you can escalate your complaint.
