Excellent customer service is very important to The City of Edinburgh Council. So much so that we have decided to launch The WOW! Awards within Services for Communities!
Services for Communities is a department within the City of Edinburgh Council, which aims to provide clean, green, safe, well managed and well maintained communities. Our customers are the millions of people who live, work and visit Edinburgh. Anyone who walks on Edinburgh's pavements, uses its roads, visits its parks and libraries, puts rubbish in its bins is our customer. Anyone looking for housing advice; or support as a result of experiencing antisocial behaviour is our customer.
Services for Communities are asking for your comments and feedback so if you've had a great service from a member of staff, reward them by nominating them for a WOW! Award. Services for Communities want to Wow! our customers by providing services that are right first time and customer-focussed with a can-do attitude!
Services for Communities also welcome all complaints, comments and suggestions. We want our great services to get even better so get in touch if you have any feedback on how we can continue to improve our services.
