Make a Nomination
Thanks so much for getting this far, we really appreciate you taking the time to nominate a member of our team for providing great customer service
The next steps are easy- simply provide your name, and email address or phone number together with your nomination in the boxes below and submit. We will use your name on our website to say who has been nominated. All other details will not be used for any other purpose other than to contact you to let you know whether your nomination is successful.
How to NominateBefore you nominate Durham Constabulary for a WOW! award there are just 4 criteria that must be met:
- The nomination has to be something that makes people go ‘WOW!’ due to first class customer service.
- The nomination needs to be about a recent experience not something that took place a year ago.
- It must be about a genuine customer experience, something that has happened to you personally.
- If you are a member of the public you cannot nominate a member of Durham Constabulary if you have personal involvement with them, for example if they are a member of your family.
*Please note if you are a member of Durham Constabulary staff you are able to nominate colleagues*
