following a bad experience with trainers that were not part of the CT academy, both Louise and Margeret really went out their way to make sure everything that I hadnt been to confident about was rectified. Fantastic customer service isnt always about being 100% fantastic all the time, nobody and nothing is, but the way things are dealt with afterwards can just go to prove just how great customer service is, and I was extremely impressed with how important my opinion of glam lash and the training was, had a fantastic training day with Margaret, and the after care has been truly fantastic!!! Go glam lash!!

I think they deserve the award because they are very helpfull and gave me all the help i needed on my course. They were all really friendly

I ATTENDED CALEDONIAN THERAPY ACADEMY FOR MY NAIL TECHNICIAN DIPLOMA. I FELT THAT AMANDA WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE AND GAVE ME ALL THE HELP I NEEDED. AMANDA WORKED WITH ME WHEN DOING THE MANICURE AND NAIL ART PART OF THE COURSE. I FELT THAT AMANDA EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN GREAT DETAIL AND I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING SHE EXPLAINED TO ME.

WHEN DOING MY NAIL TECHNICIAN DIPLOMA AS CALEDONIAN THERAPY ACADEMY, LOUISSE WAS ALWAYS THERE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. SHE GAVE ME THE ADVICE I NEEDED AND ALSO GAVE ME A GREAT AMOUNT OF SUPPORT WITH EVERY BIT OF THE NAIL TECH COURSE.

I recently attended the academy for a cut and colour. The tutor was great with the student that did my hair and I felt really happy it was getting done properly. I was very pleased with the result. I was treated like a full paying client and kept topped up with tea and biscuits. While on the sofa I witnessed the lady on reception on the phone, organising a hotel and nursery place for a student. I am very impressed by them and will be bringing my mum along next time.

Louise was so helpful when i called her mobile on a bank holiday, the office was closed but she still went through everything in detail. Even appologised for having her little boy in the background. Fab organisation

I Nominate ellen because she is so helpful and approachale and nothing is too much bother, which is how she gets such good results. She is fantastic with a great personality. A true Star!

I would like to nominate Margaret for a WOW! award for her training skills at my recent Glamlash Course. She made the course really interesting and was friendly and welcoming right from the minute we arrived. She had plenty of suggestions to help us get used to carrying out the treatment. I hope to see her again at a future course

I'm nominating Amanda for the wow award because she has helped me start down a new path in life as a holistic therapist. I recently underwent treatment for oral cancer and made the decision to become a holistic therapist to help people relax and help their bodies heal naturally. Amanda is such a briliant tutor she has been such an encouragement and support along the way. I've just started seeing clients and I'm enjoying my new career immensly and wouldn't have been able to do this without Amanda's help, patience and encouragement.

I completed an intensive Holistic Therapy course at the Academy in February of this year. Amanda was my tutor and was very enthusiastic and passionate about a holistic approach to health with a genuine interest in the well being of others and dedicated to providing the best possible client experience. She was like a proud mother when I passed my assessment! Since the course Amanda has continued to be a support providing information on insurance providers, events and good suppliers - she even lent me her portable massage bed until I got my own - service indeed. I owe her a lunch or coffee but she is so committed to her job that I can't seem to drag her away!!! Thanks to Amanda but not forgetting Louise, Margaret, Mags and the others in the CTA team.

I would like to nominate Louise, Margaret & Amanda for all the support and advice they have given me throughout and after my course - I have started my own business and couldn't have done it without the support and on-going advice they have given me. I am looking forward to doing many more courses with the academy as they are fantastic tutors.

I'm not sure what louise does, but she has been brilliant at helping me getting one to one tuition in my home due to my disability and not being able to get access to castleford training building. Great show girl and it was fantastic and Michaela was a fantastic tutor too. Thank you

Fantastic Customer Service

I would like to nominate the above for excellent Customer service. I recently undertook my semi permanent lash extensions course and Margaret and Louise could not have been any more helpful on the day if they tried. The experience was great from start to finish and I felt extremely confident once I left. It was all about the training on the day and not about them forcing the sale of products down my throat which made me want to purchase extra items out with my student kit! I will be returning to complete my tinting course and would recommend the Caledonian Therapy Academy to anybody who wants to learn in the beauty industry! Superb girls!

I have just recently completed the Thai Foot & Hand Massage course with Ann and would like to nominate her for a WOW award! I had a fantastic time with Ann doing this course and also the Facials course that she did with me too. Ann is very friendly, very informative and always gives you that wee bit extra information and background on what she is teaching. I have almost completed my Beauty Specialist Diploma and thanks to Ann I have decided that after that I am going to move on to the Holistic side and take more massage courses to make people beautiful on the inside as well as the outside! You're a great teacher Ann!

The Lash Essence Product

I have been attending the academy's hairdressing department for a year now and have always found Ellen and Donna to be really friendly and very professional. The students are also very professional and Siobhan and Beth are both naturals. I enjoy going in for some nice chat, cup of tea and always find the academy welcoming.

I have now been taught by Amanda for the nail course, spray tanning and most recently waxing. I cannot thank her enough for all of her support, for being so friendly and for her extremely professional manner. She has so many tips and great ideas and makes learning with the cta both worthwhile and really enjoyable, So much so that I will definately be returning in the near future to complete more courses! Just like other staff I have come into contact with, Amanda is a credit to cta.

Ive just finished the make up course with margaret and have to say she was a great tutor! I learned so much in just two days! She is so pacient and really takes the time to explain things! She even helped me combat my shakey hands!! Looking forward to doing more courses!

I WAS ASKED ONCE AGIAN TO BE A CLIENT FOR THE ACADEMY AND MY FACE LIT UP WHEN I WAS WELCOMED IN BY ELAINE. I HAD BEEN TREATED BEFORE BY ELAINE FOR REFLEXOLOGY AND SHE WORKED WONDERS, SO I KNEW I WAS IN FOR A GOOD SLEEP THAT NIGHT. ONCE AGAIN SHE WAS WONDERFUL, I THINK! CAUSE I HAD A GREAT SLEEP ON THE BED AND WAS WOKE UP WITH A GLASS OF WATER AND A SMILE.LOL, SHAME SHE PASSED HER EXAMS I'LL MISS HER BUT HEY I ENJOYED MY WEEK MUCH MORE THAT SOME TREATMENTS I HAVE PAID £50 FOR. Ann was a fantastic tutor, I had such a great time on the course. Ann put us at ease and really inspired me to go further and do more courses and really go for it.I think Ann is such an inspiring wonderful tutor/person.

I felt Ann gave an excellent delivery of the Facial Course that I attended over a two day period. She explained the facial and skin care subjects so well that I feel competent enough to carry out facials straight away. She is a brilliant tutor!

Amanda was my tutor for Reflexology and she was brilliant. She had lots of patience and was a great teacher

firstly i like too say from the time i emailed caledonian the were so supportive all my question,s answer,s and when i arrive at nov 27th it was great staff excellent .then my tutor was donna a great personand excellent tutor your put at ease and explain,s every detail and felt great too feel you can ask as many question,s and it wasnt a problem .the hair extension course was well broke down into section,s that was a great idea and easy too follow it was an exciting course ,as i flew to glasgow from dublin to do this course and got exactly what i was looking for and more with great thank,s for this professional school.and the price of the hair extension course was excellent and reasonable which gives you a great chance to upskill yourself in the hairdressing world.so over all i would like too thank the caladonian therapy academy for providing me with this great experience ,also i would have like too nonimate my tutor donna for a great wow factor and i will go back too do more hairdressing course,s without a second thought .so good luck donna and you well deserve a big AWARD. thank,s Anna from dublin
