my mum got me 2 cadbury easter eggs, flake and creme egg.. when i opened the flake box to find the easter egg and 5 mini flakes when it says "includes 4 flakes" i was laughing..i only wanted to tell cadburys not nominate, sorry but i didnt know how to send a message

I belong to a slimming club and the leader promotes us to have a small bar of chocolate each day, to stop us having huge craving, she recommends Curly Wurly as they are delicious and take a while to eat. (especially if you freeze one)It appears that all the members are now eating them and have used them in many different recipes including melting them on pancakes and dipping them into coffee.The quality of the Curly Wurly has been excellent, always the same consistency and costing a reasonable amount of money.Thank you to all involved in the production of these, keep them coming, our group relies on them.

I e-mailed Cadbury on the 29/2/2012 regarding their Fruit & Nut which on several occasions did not contain any Nuts whatsoever, I am very pleased that I received a letter on the 2/3/2012 which in all fairness was a very quick response with the added inclusion of a £3.00 voucher to spend on what I believe to be the Best Chocolate on the market, I eat no other Brand because nobody can make chocolate like you do. Christine I requested a donation for a charity called Angel Tree. You very kindly sent me a donation and along with others from friends and relatives the total amount raised was a wonderful £921. I want to say a thank you to you and Cadburys for being part of something which was far in excess of anything I could have hoped for in February. So thank you Christine.

I phoned Cadbury to see if I could get a copy of a Cadbury recipe booklet which Ive had about 50 yrs and is sadly falling to pieces. Sadly I was informed it is not in print but this lady Christing was so helpful and interested and promptly sent me a new cadbury cookery book. My faith in Customer Relations so many times badly in need has now been restored.
