I have nominated this lady, due, to the quick response to my e-mail re:sports mixture enquiry. Not only was i given a full explanation, i also recieved a letter,which, also included an apology but also to my surprise a voucher to which my kids are delighted with as am I. This was indeed a great customer service and may i say that if all your employees act as swiftly as this lady, im sure your company will continue very successfully over the coming years ahead. yours sincerely D Patterson

There was a problem concerning a mis-match between the dates on the outer and inner packs, and the reply I received particularly impressed me because Ms Humm had taken the trouble to reply not only courteously, but personally and in detail to the points raised, and also made sure we were not out of pocket. Some people just send the closest standard letter that fits, which often does not fit at all, so I would say this was out of the ordinary.

I sent Cadbury an email last week asking about the possibility of a new product. I wasnt even really expecting a response, so I was very excited when I got a prompt, thorough response! The response I got was great and answered my question completely!

I wrote a letter about mini eggs and got 2 mini egg cups and 2 packets of mini eggs for myself and my friend. I was very pleased

I had some unsatifactory Trebor spearmint softmints. I rang on 21st Feb abd spoke to Izzy. She was vey pleasant,friendly and knowledgable of the product.Today 26th Feb i received in the post a voucher for cadbury and a Trebor cup which will come in very handy.Izzy said that she had tried to obtain some mints herself to send to me but unfortunately could not. I am very pleased with the outcome of my complaint.

I submitted a minor complaint regarding the mix of Bassetts Liquorice Allsorts. The above person replied quickly to my querie with an explanation and a gift voucher to redeem against Cadbury purchases.

14th Feb 2011...Rang today about a recent order and got through to Howard, my order had unfortunately been lost, the florists fault not yours but howard rang them as soon as he had spoken to me and arranged for my order to be deivered tomorrow. Problem solved in less than 20mins!! Very helpful, much more helpful than another member of your staff i had spoken to on Fri 11th feb about the same order (he didnt give me his name) who i thought was quite ignorant and came across as though he couldnt be bothered to help. So thankyou Howard, you didnt have to ring the florist straight away and i think its fab how quickly you sorted it for me :)

I would like to take this opportunity to place on record our appreciation of the manner in which you have dealt with this matter - in our view it brings credit to you and upon your company - the whole matter has been dealt with in a hassle free yet proffessional way which, unfortunately, is lacking in many areas of business these days.
