Not only was i given a full explanation, i also recieved a letter,which, also included an apology but also to my surprise a voucher to which my kids are delighted with as am I. There was a problem concerning a mis-match between the dates on the outer and inner packs, and the reply I received particularly impressed me because Ms Humm had taken the trouble to reply not only courteously, but personally and in detail to the points raised, and also made sure we were not out of pocket. Some people just send the closest standard letter that fits, which often does not fit at all, so I would say this was out of the ordinary.

I had some unsatifactory Trebor spearmint softmints. I rang on 21st Feb abd spoke to Izzy. She was vey pleasant,friendly and knowledgable of the product.Today 26th Feb i received in the post a voucher for cadbury and a Trebor cup which will come in very handy.Izzy said that she had tried to obtain some mints herself to send to me but unfortunately could not. I am very pleased with the outcome of my complaint.

14th Feb 2011...Rang today about a recent order and got through to Howard, my order had unfortunately been lost, the florists fault not yours but howard rang them as soon as he had spoken to me and arranged for my order to be deivered tomorrow. Problem solved in less than 20mins!! Very helpful, much more helpful than another member of your staff i had spoken to on Fri 11th feb about the same order (he didnt give me his name) who i thought was quite ignorant and came across as though he couldnt be bothered to help. So thankyou Howard, you didnt have to ring the florist straight away and i think its fab how quickly you sorted it for me :)
