The very next day I received a letter explaining how it had happened AND a voucher for £4 to purchase any Cadbury chocolate of my choice. I certainly felt it deserved a rather loud WOW on two or even three counts. 1) the prompt reply. 2)the clear explanation. 3 the generous voucher. I wish them well.

Dear Friends, We are wriying to say thank you so much for the donation for Jack Linstead. We are delighted to say we raised £744 all of which is paid into a special account that has been set up to pay for a new wheelchair. Without the kindness and generosity of people like ourselves we would not be able to make our event as successful as it was. So once again, a big thank you from us and an even bigger one from Jack!

Hi Sarah,We arrived home today after spending the weekend at a local hotel celebrating my mothers 87th Birthday. I have already thanked you for your assistance with the Milk Tray mans calling card. Imagine my surprise and pleasure when we got home to find a package from you with gifts for my mother. I am gobsmacked! Thank you so much. This is a wonderful gesture that I know my mother will appreciate greatly. I shall give them her tomorrow. As I mentioned previously, I dressed up as the Milk Tray man in a tuxedo, proper bow tie (not clip on) cummerbund,patent shoes etc. I carried a small pistol and a brief case and at the appropriate time I burst into the hotel dining room and with much over acting delivered a box of milk tray to my mother. My mom was delighted (as were the other 100 diners) the lovely broard smile on my old moms face is something I will remember for the rest of my life. Dear sarah, Thank you so much for your kind letter and packets of Bassetts mint favourites that I recieved this morining for my father. He has been feeling poorly since starting his chemo and today recieving your kind gift, its put a smile on his face. So that is two things to thank you for, it sounds silly but little things like having his favourite sweets whilst undergoing chemo at hospital makes it a little easier for him, so thank you yet again. Jane,Thank you for your letterof feb 28th and enclosed cheque. I am extremely grateful for the very generous gesture made by Cadbury and it certainly far exceeded my expectations. I have always enjoyed Cadburys chocolate and fully understand from time to time there acn be the odd mishap. The incident has by no means changed my opinion of Cadbury and I shall continue to enjoymany more products in the future. Once again, many thanks indeed for treating my coplaint effectively and so efficiently. I would have been just as happy to receive a replacement bar.

I am just writing to say a big thank you for the Bertie Bassett material which you so kindly sent me for use in our church Pantomine.The tin was used in each performance and the soft toy Bertie made a guest apperance each time also. A large proportion of our audiences have grown up in Sheffield, with the Bassetts factory as a landmark, and the Dame Dolly spoke fondly of it when Bertie apperared. The panto was a hugh success ans Bertie will now be sorted with all our other props for use in future years. Thank yo so much once again for responding to our request, it was very kind of you.
