Dear Mrs BaldwinI feel I must write to say a huge thank you for the Cadbury Creme Egg wrappers you so kindly sent me when I requested some to make my sons Easter Bonnet for the school competition. Also thank you for the egg cup and ball, they are great.I have enclosed some photos of my son wearing it, he was thrilled and he won 1st prize against the 150 other pupils in his year. Dear SarahReturning from a 4 nights coach holiday your letter was amongst my waiting post. How kind of you to write and supply the Story of Cadbury and History of Industry.Now aged 84 I knew a little about Cadbury and its association with the quakers and when my three children were young, made a visit to the Bournville Works although I must confess they seem to be more interested in the samples and what my wife would buy at the shops.My second daughter now aged 53 has been a primary teacher for 30 years. Now part-time she will shortly be teaching one-to-one with 10 children, she is also employed part-time at Shrugborough demonstrating in the Farm kitchens. History has always been her main subject so Im sure she will find the stories of particular interest whether she will be wanting to experiment as John Cadbury did all those years ago is another matter, however much she enjoys cooking.It was my elder daughter, a Theatre Recovery Unit Nurse at Stafford Hospital, who asked me to enquire regarding White Chocolate. My son with a PHD in Chemistry is employed by the Johnson Mathey Group at Royston so I shall have to send him a copy. I am proud of all three, the more so as my own father died in 1934 leaving my mother widowed with three yound boys on 10/- weekly widows pension (no social benefit handouts in those days). I was obliged to leave school aged 14 to earn my keep and help support my mother, herself obliged to take any menial job going during school hours.Once again thank you for your interest.Yours sincerely

I asked Cadburys a question and within days, i got a reply from Jennie ONeill. She was extremely helpful in helping me find the information that i needed else where as unfortunately, she was unsure of the answer. Well Done and good luck with the "WOW" Award.

Sarah answered some heavy duty questions about GMO addatives in a very detailed, clear and informative way. She didnt try to cover anything up, in any event there was nothing to cover up, but she added a lot of additional information which was helpful and good to know. Many people may have answered my question with a simple one line answer, Sarah did not. Excellant service and very reassuring. Thanks Sarah, well done Cadburys!!
