Kerrie did not only answer my question about could you use cadbury chocolate to melt down into moulds .She said that it was not recommened as it is a thick desert chocolate that is hard to melt,and she then went on to tell me the correct way to melt chocolate and the temprature it should be to get good results. Since her reply i brought a chocolate melting pot with heat controls on it and just to try it out i did use caburys dairy milk as i had some in my cupboard and used a fine detailed mould and going by the temprature settings Kerrie gave me it turned out very well so i am well pleased not only can i use my fine moulds but also their is an added bonus of the great taste of cadburys as well so when i make my gifts i know everyone will enjoy the taste.thankyou cadburys and a big thankyou to Kerrie

Having made an enquiry to Cadburys regarding a previous advertising campaign that my son had been shown on the Internet and wanted to watch everytime I went online he was sent a soft toy from the campaign. This arrived within a few days of my enquiry and made him smile straight away. Needless to say it has become his current favourite. Many thanks for the unexpected gift and the excellent and speedy response.

Audrey deserves to be nominated, the answer she gave to my complaint was detailed and dealt with each point that i made to a very satisfactory degree. Defending Cadbury or any company in a time of recession is not an easy task and her honesty was very much appreciated. Dear Cadbury, I recently emailed in to ask for any keyrings or small items I could have for my late son to put at his graveside and to my surprise I received a bear and a key ring so I would like to thank Cadburys and especially Izzy Ghafori-Kanno for sending us the items, it means so much to us and our son Christopher would have loved them both.
