Wow. My daughter found a lump of something in her jelly babies. She nibbled on it and I thought it would be okay, but wrote to customer service to ask them if they could reassure me. They not only did that but sent us a voucher! My daughter definitely said WOW! and is really looking forward to buying some more jelly babies! Thank you.

Reply to my letter by return of post and many thanks for the gift voucher very much appreciated, also an explanation as to why I had found my chocolate in the condition it was in.Speedy service, concern - her nomination well deserved.

I received a Freddo soft toy from you today and I cant say thank you enough. Freddo has put the smile back on my little grandsons face. I do hope that Cadbury put the soft toy Freddo eggs on sale again and I will buy lots more for future losses. I emailed Cadbury asking if they made a large jelly baby that i could purchase as a gift for my fiance as this is his favourite sweet and a few days later in the post I recieved a lovely letter and a parcel of not one but two jelly baby soft toys. This was unexpected and much appreciated, they have pride of place on his bedside table. I think Christine went above the call of duty to reply by post and not email and to go to the trouble of finding these toys and certificate to send to me. Well done and a big Thank You

After recieving the free double decker duo last month in a disgraceful bashed up state, I wrote and said that p+p needed to be improved. This morning I recieved in the post 2 complimentary double decker bars, and this time packed in a much better way such that they were perfect on arrival - thanks for the thoughtfulness and the extra mile to demonstrate that you do care about customer satisfaction and quality of products!!

After sending a complaint i was sent an apolagy and a voucher within a week.
