i came to cadbury world in november, my children had done a day trip for my birthday, and what a day e had, it was fab it truely was, the only down side was there wasnt a giant choclate button to be found anywhere :{ you were also advertising mint chip and orange chip chocolate on posters as we were waiting in the q, but i cant find it in any shops nor was it in the cadbury store, i it still available ?? and if so from where ? thank you again for a fantastic day

Hello, im just writing to say that i am overwhelmed with the outstanding standards with you get with cadburys chocolate. I truly love caburys boost, which are my absolute favorite. However the dairy milk chocolate bar is an outright winner. Wherever i go, i always make sure i have Dairy milk on me. At school i am always getting into trouble, but its worth it. My friends love me: as i am constantly giving them out. So to some it all up Thank You :) Jack Simms

Very happy with the response. I was sent a voucher by the same department due to a faulty good which I was not expecting to be sent. I thought it would just be the ususal ignore the customer response. But as I say a voucher was sent straight away. However, my little boy managed to somehow put this in his toy box. When I found it the voucher had gone off so I posted the unused voucher back to Cadburys and was very pleased to receive my new voucher. The only problem is I now realise I have just bought all my Cadbury selection boxes and tins of celebrations and still not used it. Better go treat myself before it goes off again............. Seriously though, any time I deal with Cadbury I have been plesantly surprised with the consumer department. Thanks again.

Just a compliment on your staff giving out samples the other day very helpful and friendly and we will certainly be buying this product from now on.
