I recently had the biggest box of chocolates bought for me which was Dairy box (Nestle) and I have to let you know that you beat them hands down!!!! Not just with the delicious chocolate, but the fillings in Milk tray. Each and every one of theirs tastes the same....paste like (yes I know they are swiss so belgian chocolate) Who cares!....bring back texture, colour (natural of course) but above all taste!.....hmm

Audrey dealt with my complaint both efficiently and without fuss. She was most helpful and courteous throughout. Thank you

I emailed suggesting a charity that may have been good for Cadbury to sponsor. I received an email from Neil explaining the way you chose charities to sponsor. It was really inspiring and even though my idea was not suitable It made me aware of how caring and pro-active Cadbury are. I recieved his email on February 1st 2012.

I wrote to Cadbury a few weeks again enclosing some foreign matter we found in a bag of mis-shapes.I did not send it as a complaint but simply to maybe save someone else having the same problem. Thank you for looking into my Twirl complaint and getting back to me. I realise it is very difficult to stamp out every human error and these things are very rare.The refund will be spend on a large tin of chocolates (Cadbury of course) for all of the family.Thank you once again.
