We are a British familiy living in Italy. Our 5 year old daughter has Coeliacs disease so every year we order one of your gluten free advent calendars - advent calendars are unavailable in Italy. Isabella starts getting excited in November as she believes Father Christmas drops the calendar off on his way to the North Pole. This year, despite making our order (through Amazon) in early Nov, the calendar didnt arrive. Adam Lewis went out of his way to ensure a new one was sent off plus some extra chocolates and, to our delight, it arrived today, Nov 29th. Adam has no idea what this means to us and to a child who has to watch everything she eats whilst her friends chomp away at whatever they want. Thank you Cadbury for making our lives as parents of a child with coeliacs disease easier and thank you Adam for letting a little girl live the magic of Christmas!

I visited Cadbury world yesterday (sunday 25th with My Mum and my 2 daughters (age 9 and 3) Im usually a little anxious on trips out as my youngest is autistic. On arrival at Cadbury world when we handed our tickets in to a gentleman (1pm check in so hopefully you can find out who it was) I exokained my concners about my daughter and he was very reassuring, explaing that staff all the way roun dwould be on hand if I had any problems, and also said to explain that we would need her pushchair with us. (we actually bumped into him again at a few points through the day and each time he asked how we were getting on) At the photograph section upstairs the lady there was exrtemely helpful as well and patient with ny youngest. By the time we had been round she had explained to the people managing the car ride attraction in case we had any problems with my daughter there. Thanks also go to the gentleman on the the car ride who came over to reassure me that he would be watching us all the way round and that if my duaghter was at all distressed, to just put my hand up and they would stop the ride so that I could take my daughter out. So all in all, many thanks to everyone, who took the stress out of my day so that I could enjoy it. I hope that you manage to track down who these people are to pass on my thansk to them. I want to nominate Robb and the the Innovation Team including Catherine, Kevin, Gemma, Phil, Jared. Elka, Francois and Saxon for providing a fantastic day for the Children of the Burn Centre at Birmingham Childrens Hospital at Cadburys World. All of the children and their families were given a day to remember which is so important when they have been through so much in their burns treatment. The day helped them all with their confidence and self esteem and they had a lot of fun too. Everyone in the Team went out of their way to make a special day for the children which they will remember for a long time. The Team are certainly WOW and the day was Wow too. This day happened on Wednesday the 7th of November 2012.

I contacted Cadbury a few weeks ago and asked whether they would consider sending my friend, who is recovering from a brain tumour and has had a very bad couple of years, some Crispellos (as she actually has a very similar name), as a nice surprise to cheer her up, and hopefully give her a better start to 2013.I soon received a reply from Jan and, after a few emails back and forth, and to my great delight, she agreed to contact my friend directly and send her some Cadbury products.My friend received her wonderful surprise in the post yesterday (10/11/12) and was tickled pink that she was the recipient of such kind thoughts and generosity.Jan was very pleasant and willing to help and her time and effort were very much appreciated in making this happen for my friend.

Jenny

I nominate Jenny for the Wow awards. We came on a school trip on 17th October 2012 She was absolutely fantastic with our group of very excited children. Jenny had a lovely manner with the children and made the most of the hour she has with them. Children and teachers alike came away with a huge amount of new knowledge of how cocoa beans become chocolate. She engaged the children, politely helped the teachers to settle in, sort the 150 children into two rooms and find toilets etc. Jenny obviously loved her job, loved Cadbury World, loved chocolate and sharing this with the children. As a result we had a fantastic start to our day trip. We would thoroughly recommend Jenny to be a wow employee, she was a credit to your company.

I recently requested information with regard to chocolate bars from the 1940/1950s for a project that I am working on with dementia patients. Within a few days I had received a collection of photocopies of chocolate wrappers and information regarding the history of Cadburys, which was perfect. First class service and just what I needed.
