I attended a training course early in 2009 which Steve ran. The course content could have been fairly mundane but Steve's relaxed style and in depth knowledge of the software (ACT!) made the subject come to life. It has to have been the most useful course I have been on! We had a great advantage in being the only company present so therefore Diane was able to spend quality time with each of us. For me personally I found Diane extremely approachable, helpful and friendly so you never felt silly asking questions! If the opportunity arises I would certainly like to attend another training course at Bridgehouse. The day itself was organised and hosted in an very professional, friendly manner by the Bridgehouse staff, who went to great efforts to make us feel welcome.

I thought the training was extremely helpful. Diane was lovely, although she was clearly very knowledgeable she made you feel that you could ask her any question, no matter how small. The content was just right for what I felt I needed, everything in the course was something that I felt I could use in every day in the office.

The Bridgehouse course on Friday was great. I can't fault the facilities and the trainer. Diane Moulster was great, she tailored the day to what all 4 of us needed. We covered things that were relevant to our job and I'll find everything she taught us will be useful forever. She divided her time between us fairly and her terminology was spot on. I would happily recommend the course.

I was so impressed with the training I received from Bridgehouse Solutions on the 10th July 2009. Even though the trainer had no idea what our training needs were until we arrived, all our questions were answered immediately and demonstrations of specific tasks we needed to know were given to us. Because the trainer tailored the day to suit our needs we gained so much from it. Unfortunately it is not very often that you can come away form a training day and put to use everything you have covered. I can honestly say that it was the best IT training I have ever been on and my working day runs a lot smoother because of it. Highly recommended!
