Make a Nomination

Thank you so much for taking the time to make a nomination. Our employees really care about making your experience at our hospitals as good as it can be, and are always touched to hear that they have achieved this.

Before you nominate an employee or team for The WOW! Awards there are just 3 criteria that must be met:

  1. Your nomination shoule be something that made you go 'WOW!' due to first class customer service.
  2. The nomination needs to be about a recent experience not something that took place a year ago.
  3. It must be about a genuine experience, something that has happened to you personally.

The next steps are easy - please complete the form below so that we can make sure we have all the information we need in order to pass your nomination on to the relevant person. Your name will appear alongside your nomination, but all other details will be treated confidentially.

Once you are happy that you have completed the form, please click "Submit Nomination". You will receive an email confirming your nomination!
